Grateful for late summer days.

I am grateful for these late “summer” days. I love living where there are 4 distinct seasons. (Sometimes we’ll see two on the same day!) But today I’m enjoying one of our last summer days. It’s that kind of warm that feels like it’s just holding on.. fighting leaving us for another year.

Colline was also grateful for a ‘late summer day’ but what she was grateful for happens inside. Kindly visit her blog to find out what she’s grateful for this week.

Writing in a gratitude journal improves sleep, according to a 2011 study published in Applied Psychology: Health and Well-Being. Spend just 15 minutes jotting down a few grateful sentiments before bed, and you may sleep better and longer.
