“My friends, love is better than anger. Hope is better than fear. Optimism is better than despair. So let us be loving, hopeful and optimistic. And we’ll change the world.”
― Jack Layton
Being loving, hopeful and optimistic is a big part of living in harmony. As we count down to Canada Day 2017, our 150th birthday it is my wish that we work towards living in harmony; “And we’ll change the world.”
“The mysterious stone figures known as inuksuit can be found throughout the circumpolar world. Inukshuk, the singular of inuksuit, means “in the likeness of a human” in the Inuit language. They are monuments made of unworked stones that are used by the Inuit for communication and survival. The traditional meaning of the inukshuk is “Someone was here” or “You are on the right path.” ” ~ inukshukgallery.com
“You are on the right path.” Knowing that brings harmony to your travels.
When Canada hosted the 2010 Winter Olympics many people worked in harmony to carry the Olympic Flame across our beautiful country.
