Summer is a busy time. This year it’s full of activities and my mind is busy so lists are an essential. I have a list for the never ending grocery needs. {None of the warnings fully prepared me for just HOW much a teen aged boy eats! Seriously … WOW} Another list for our upcoming camping trip and one for our daughters big adventure.
Lists keep me focused and help reduce the stress. I worry and having a list / plan keeps that worry under control; for that I’m very grateful.
“Worry is a thin stream of fear trickling through the mind.
If encouraged, it cuts a channel into which all other thoughts are drained.”
– Arthur Somers Roche

What are you grateful for this week? A strangers smile? A bird song? A rain storm? Write a short (or long) post and link it here or to Colline’s weekly gratitude post.
I love lists too – especially when I have too many things to help. They help me to focus on completing one task at a time.
