Travel Theme: Gold

Fall in Southern Ontario Canada is was a beautiful golden show last year. I’m sure I could fill a page with golden maple leaves!

Wandering through some older photos I found these pieces of gold under my rainbow.

A plate from one of the Royal Ontario Museum’s (ROM) collections, a warm candle glow, a sunset walk along Lake Erie, and a golden hat to celebrate a new year.

“All that is gold does not glitter,
Not all those who wander are lost;
The old that is strong does not wither,
Deep roots are not reached by the frost.”
― J.R.R. Tolkien, The Fellowship of the Ring
