Share Your World ~ Lots of Giggles

While I often read Cee’s Share Your World post (and the responses from other bloggers) I rarely share. However, Colline’s response involved Disney and that inspired me!

What was or is your favorite cartoon? 

I guess my answer depends on a time frame and media.

As a teen, I had my high school locker covered in comics. It was covered in comic strips from Garfield, Calvin & Hobbes and For Better, ForWorse.

As a kid, I loved Scooby Doo on t.v.. Then as a young adult, I spent many hours laughing at Animaniacs on t.v.. Once I move to ‘the big screen’ it gets a little harder to pick! It’s definitely a Disney cartoon movie but… it feels like picking a favourite child! Lion King? Aladdin? Lilo & Stitch? Wall-e ? Brave? Frozen? Peter Pan? Cinderella? Beauty & The Beast?

Which cooking utensil (other than the usual pots and pans etc) would you miss the most?

This is an easier question to answer. My digital meat thermometer! I don’t consider myself a cooker-person, so I’m always second-guessing the doneness of my meat.

Would you dare to sleep in a haunted house overnight?

I agree with Colline here. I couldn’t sleep in a haunted house as they are portrayed on t.v. however, I have stayed in hotels that are said to be haunted. Sadly, with no tale to tell.

What did you appreciate or what made you smile this past week?

Last weekend even though our daughter is just about finished her second year in university and our son is finishing grade 11 they still want to hunt for eggs. I’m not sure who giggled the most… the kids or my hubby.

The mix of plastic eggs included white eggs! My hubby insisted this was because Sunday was also April Fools Day and he hid the eggs accordingly.
