This week we were asked …
For this week’s photo challenge, explore what it means to find your place in the world. Where’s your safe space? Where do you go when you need to feel inspired or cheered up? Do you prefer to feel cozy and comforted in a smaller town or do you thrive on the buzz of a big city? If landscapes aren’t your thing, you can even explore portraits by playing with scale or fashion.
Let loose and give us a glimpse of who you are in the grand scheme of things.
I once read that ‘what you photograph shows who you are.’ When reviewing my photos I have endless photos of nature. The shapes and textures that provide “scope for the imagination”. I feel the most content surrounded by shades of green and a soft wind kissing my cheeks. My grand scheme seems to be nuzzled up close to the flowers.
Photograph not only what you see but also what you feel. ~ Ansel Adams
“I go to nature to be soothed and healed, and to have my senses put in order.”
― John Burroughs
