Few things are as pure as the scent of the forest, just as the spring rain stops.

Yesterday most of Ontario was hit with a huge ice storm. In the small pocket where I live we only had periods of cold rain.
It’s left many without power and there’s danger of more losing power due to the winds knocking down ice laden branches today.
I’m also grateful for the many who brave these storms to care for others. Especially the hydro workers who have a long hard job in front of them. While many families may have to rework how they celebrate Easter this weekend, the hydro workers will be away from theirs and out in the cold.
What are you grateful for this week?
Colline was grateful for workshops. Kindly pop over to her blog. This post is one of many that show her joy and enthusiasm for teaching. 🙂
I was dashing out to work but the drops of rain on my flowers caught my attention. So I pulled out my Samsung Gallaxy S3, covered the phone with one hand and used the other to snap these photos. I was very pleased with how they turned out to spite my off balance awkwardness while taking the photos.
Kindly visit Lens and Pens by Sally to see some other macro – mobile photography.
